Returns & Refund Policy
At Everford London, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not be quite right. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled when you shop with us.
30 Day Return Period
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Returned with any original tags and packaging
We do not charge restocking fees.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Return Costs
If your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, we will cover the return costs. Please contact us before sending the item back so we can arrange the appropriate solution.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer require it, you will be responsible for the return postage costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. Please note that returns are sent to our international fulfilment centre.
How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 7 working days for the funds to appear.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or item, please contact us. Where possible, we will guide you through the exchange process. In some cases, placing a new order may be the quickest option.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
